Is there a cost for the initial pharmacy consultation?
No, there is no charge. We offer a varied style of consultations which can be face to face, by telephone or by email. The initial consultation can either be at your pharmacy premises or at our offices in Croydon.

Will I get an electrical certificate?
Yes, all electrical works that we carry out will be certified by our electrician.

Do you offer a pharmacy design and refit warrantee?
Yes, we do. We offer a one-year warranty. Terms and conditions may vary.

I am looking to purchase a new counter and get a dispensary fitted, can you help with the design?
We offer a part refit service which allows for key parts of the pharmacy to be tidied up and be made fit for purpose. Our designers and fitters will be more than happy to assist on this.

Do you undertake pharmacy projects within GP surgeries, clinics and hospitals?
Yes, we do offer a design consultancy, space planning, pharmacy design and refit service for all pharmacies in GP surgeries, clinics and hospitals. We also offer services to GP practices, dentists and private hospitals.
